Shipping Policy
We will send you an order confirmation once we receive it. All orders received will be dispatched within 1-2 working days for free shipping method.
Should you miss out any items after check out, please contact us via email or phone, and we can help you to add on!
For urgent orders, we can attend to it as soon as we can, and you can easily call or whatsapp us.
As our dog treats are made based on small batch, we may run out of some items (because Thunder ate some of them), please bear with us while we work on it.

Pick Up Service
For store pick up, please wait for us to send you an email / Whatsapp before heading over.
Please kindly pick up within the stipulated time. If you are unable to do so, please let us know and we will arrange other locations (if available).
As we are a small scale start up, please be patient with us while we get all the logistics sorted out. :)

Return & Exchange Policy
Items sold are not returnable nor exchangeable.
We take pride in giving the best to our pets, and will inspect them before packing.
Unless proven that the items are defective, we will make a full refund.
